He is predeceased by his wife Myrtle, his children Carol Ann, Wayne, and Evelyn, his grandsons Spencer Gregson and Jared Alston, his parents Henry and Grace Jensen, his parents-in-law Philip and Lottie Baker, his siblings: Olive, Bryant, Lewis, Melvin and Gordon. He returned home after the war and courted and married his eternal sweetheart on Sept. 26 1946. Together Evan and Myrtle raised 9 children in a home filled with love, laughter, and a few heartaches as well. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, TAYLOR STREET CHAPEL, Raymond, at 11:00 a.m. with Bishop Bernie Orr officiating. Interment to follow in the Temple Hill Cemetery, Raymond.
