Thirty years ago he came to Burlington and open his sales stables, and has a record of handling over 25,000 horses and mules since that time, which is a record that cannot be exceeded by any other stable in the South. From infancy, Mr. Kime has taken a strong interest in live stock and thoroughly understands his business, and was not yet 14 years of age when he commenced this trade. He is one of the leading business men of the city and has many warm personal friends throughout this section of the country.
