MISS CATHERINE MARION BROWN, niece of Mr. and Mrs. James Thomas Cashell, Sandy Spring, Md., and Mr. Henry Hartshorne Stabler of Sandy Spring, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Stabler of Baltimore, Md., were married yesterday at noon in St. John's Episcopal Church in Olney, Md., the Rev. Thomas Opie officiating. The church was decorated with cut flowers and ferns. The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, and wore a gray suit with carnelian trimming. She was attended by Mrs. Paul Roberson, who wore a navy suit trimmed in white and a cluster of gardenias. Mr. Paul Roberson of Arlington, Va., was the best man, and the ushers were Mr. Robert Bentley of Ashton, Md., and Mr. James M. Barnsley of Olney, Md. Both the bride and bridegroom are members of old Maryland families, and will make their home at Ashton, Md. Out-of-town guests were Mr. Franklin Kates of Mount Holly, N. J.; Capt. and Mrs. Milton R. Quigley of Washington, Prof, and Mrs. J. J. Henson of Baltimore, Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Patterson of Homeland, Md.; Mr. and Mrs. G. Lea Stabler and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Stabler of Washington, and Miss Jean L. W. Patterson and Miss Grace Townsend of Washington.
