Description	:	Henry Keating died suddenly at his home Tuesday afternoon with a cerebral hemorrhage. Mr. Keating died at the age of 73 years, 9 months and 2 days. He had been a native of Kansas for 62 years, having come to Irish Creek with his parents from St. Louis where he was born. Mr. Keating was stricken with a paralytic stroke and left an invalid for nine years; he had been confined to his home a victim of recurring strokes; he lost his eyesight 5 years ago. Mr. Keating died at the age of 73 years, 9 months and 2 days. He had been a native of Kansas for 62 years, having come to Irish Creek with his parents from St. Louis where he was born. Mr. Keating was stricken with a paralytic stroke and left an invalid for nine years; he had been confined to his home a victim of recurring strokes; he lost his eyesight 5 years ago. During all these years he had been most patient and uncomplaining sufferer. Requiem Mass for the repose of his soul was sung at St. Michael's church Thursday morning at 9:30 by Father Timothy Bourke. Father Hart of Summerfield was in the Sanctuary. To this union were born eleven children, the eldest, Thomas, having preceded his father in death. He is survived by his widow and ten children: Miss Angie Keating of Topeka; Martina, Harry and Wilfred of the home; Mrs. Wilbur Blaco, Kansas City; Mrs. Raymond Taylor, Vermillion; Mrs. Henry Horgan of Wheaton; Mrs. Bernard Cunningham of Wheaton; Jim Keating of Blaine; Mrs. Jerome Gamba, Jr., of Osage City, He is survived by 29 grandchildren, one brother J.A. Keating of Wheaton, a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends to mourn his departure.
