Description	:	Sioux Center: Funeral services were held at the First Reformed church Monday afternoon, July 7, for H.J. Zeutenhorst, who passed away at his home here on Friday morning, July 4. He was 78 years old, and had been ill for about six months. Rev. L.A. Brunsting officiated at the services, and burial took place at the local cemetery. Six grandsons were pallbearers. Mr. Zeutenhorst came to America from Holland when he was a boy, and was one of the pioneer settlers of Sioux County. He married Jacoba Westra of Orange City on February 25, 1896. She now survives him with their six children, Mrs. William Koops and Mrs. Teunis Jansen, both of Sioux Center, Gerrit of Maurice, Herman of Grand Rapids, Mich., Mrs. Everett Van Binsbergen of Boyd, Minn., and John of Sioux Center. There are 30 grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren also surviving. Two children preceded him in death, Gerrit at the age of six years and Dick who died in March of 1947. A brother, Henry of Alton, and a sister, Mrs. Alice Boersma of El Reno, Oklahoma, also survive. Sioux County Capital 1947-07-17.
