Description	:	Bud was born to Edward and Auline Davis Yochum. He attended Pleasant Ridge school, near Peola, and Holy Family School in Clarkston. He farmed at Peola until January 1942, when he enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Force. After training, he was sent to England for two years, where he was in charge of maintenance and repair of military aircraft. Read More	Bud was born to Edward and Auline Davis Yochum. He attended Pleasant Ridge school, near Peola, and Holy Family School in Clarkston. He farmed at Peola until January 1942, when he enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Force. After training, he was sent to England for two years, where he was in charge of maintenance and repair of military aircraft. While posted in England, he met the love of his life, Bridget Kiely, a native of Ireland. They married May 22, 1945, in Lancashire, England. They spent 23 years of their 65 years together in their first home in the Clarkston Heights before moving to Clarkston. Bud was a member of Holy Family Parish in Clarkston. He belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Washington State Grange, the Clarkston Moose Lodge, and in 1977 succeeded Henry Jones as president of the Lewiston Orchards Television Association. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant sister, Iris; and a brother, Ronald.
