Sawyer on Jan. 20, 1870 in Boone, Iowa. They had four children together:. 1. William T., 2. Howard, born Feb. 1876 3. Denee, born 1879, married a Chase, was widowed, 2nd she married Arthur A. Stevenson in 08 Nov. 1917 in Miles City, Custer, Montana.. 4. Oda Belle. Philip was a farmer. After his death she lived on their farm with their son Howard.
