Description	:	Heye was born to Harm Wessels and Janna Heyen (Harberts) Buskohl. Heye married Engel Geerds Westerman on Jul. 23, 1865 in Germany. 8 children were born to this union; Harm, Sophia E., Janna, George, Wessel, Anna, Heye Jr. and Oktga. Heye attained the age of 84 years, 1 month and 8 days. The following is from the Lennox Diamond Jubilee Book. Heye Buskohl was born in Warshingspcka, Ostfriesland, Germany in 1837. Mrs. Buskohl, nee Engel Westerman, was born at Siemonswolde, Ostfriesland, Germany. Mrs. Buskohl, nee Engel Westerman, was born at Siemonswolde, Ostfriesland, Germany. The couple was reared there and subsequently married, the wedding ceremony being performed in the house in which she was born. They were joined in wedlock in May, 1864. In 1871 the family immigrated to America, and established their home in Ogle County, IL. They remained there for seven years, and in 1878 came to Grundy County, IA. In 1886 they moved on a farm near Lennox, and for 13 years engaged in farming, after which they retired and moved to town. Mr. Buskohl passed away at his home here January 22, 1922 at the age of 84 years. Mrs. Buskohl died February 16, 1914. Both are buried here. Twelve children were born to this union. Seven of these survived their parents, namely: Harm Buskohl, Chancellor; Jennie Stratmeyer, Sophia Smith, and George Buskohl, Tea; Wessel Buskohl, Chancellor; Mrs. Bert (Annie) Goeman, Lennox, and Heye Buskohl, Jr., Olivet, S. D.
