Description	:	Hilda Neugebauer, 91, Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center, Bismarck, and formerly of Menoken, died Dec. 17, 2000, at a local hospital. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Boelter Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dale Naaben officiating. Burial will be in the spring at St. Mary's Cemetery. Public visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday, both at Boelter Funeral Home. She was born Oct. 12, 1909 in Estherville Township, Burleigh County, the daughter of David and Hulda (Backman) Ghylin. She was raised and educated in Estherville Township. She spent part of her childhood in the state of Washington at Newman Lake in 1912, and again at Four Lakes in 1920. She was employed in Bismarck from 1934 to 1939. Hilda married Arnold Neugebauer of Menoken on Dec. 28, 1939. Following their marriage they lived on the family farm three miles north of Menoken, until Arnold's death in 1990. In 1992, Hilda moved to Bismarck. She kept the family records through her collection of scrapbooks and photo albums. She enjoyed photography and baking. Hilda is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Marlys and Ray Frandsen, Bismarck; one son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Darla, Menoken; five grandchildren, Bill Frandsen, Fargo, Darin and Tricia Neugebauer and their son, Drighten, Bismarck, Brice Neugebauer, Menoken, Tessa Neugebauer, New York, and Michael Neugebauer, Bismarck; one sister, Dena Ghylin, Regan, and one brother, Don Ghylin, Regan. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Maureen; one granddaughter, Michelle, one grandson, Ryan, one great-grandson, Devin; three sisters, Elsie Bierman, Lillian Jeschke, and June Krause; and one infant brother.
