Description	:	Mr. Hiram "Buster" Jenkins, age 81, of Lake City, Florida died Thursday, September 18, 2008 at the VA Medical Center, Gainesville, Florida. Mr. Jenkins had resided in Lake City, Florida all of his life and was the son of the late Lindsey C. and Clifford Dorminey Jenkins. He was employed as a carpenter with Jack Espenship Construction of Lake City, Florida for many years until ill health forced his retirement. He was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church. Read More	Mr. Hiram "Buster" Jenkins, age 81, of Lake City, Florida died Thursday, September 18, 2008 at the VA Medical Center, Gainesville, Florida. Mr. Jenkins had resided in Lake City, Florida all of his life and was the son of the late Lindsey C. and Clifford Dorminey Jenkins. He was employed as a carpenter with Jack Espenship Construction of Lake City, Florida for many years until ill health forced his retirement. He was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arrie Lee Jenkins; son, Billy Jenkins; sister, Ruth Jenkins Hall. Survivors include: his daughter, Rita (Gordon) Cox of Lake City, Fl.; his son, Ricky (Cindy) Jenkins of Glen St. Mary, Fl. and Helen Kirby, caretaker and companion. Five grandchildren: Beth Dean, Renee Myers, Amy Harry, Jeremy Jenkins and Jessie Jenkins. Four Great-grandchildren: Leslie Bedenbaugh, Abigail Bedenbaugh, Blake Bedenbaugh and Tyler Harry. He is also survived by his five sisters, Bertie Lee Dasher of Palatka, Florida, Zilla Cribbs, Lorene Parrish, Eula Mae Milton and Mearl Milton all of Lake City, Florida. Funeral Services for Mr. Jenkins will be conducted on Sunday, September 21, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. at the Lantern Park Baptist Church, Lake City, Florida with Rev. Neal Howard, Pastor officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Suwannee County, Florida. Visitation with the family will be from 5-7 P.M., Saturday Evening, September 20, 2008 at Guerry Funeral Home, 2659 SW Main Blvd., Lake City, Florida 386-752-2414
