He was taken to the Mayo clinic December 28, and had been seriously ill for about two months. The son of Tom E. and Elsie Campbell, he was born September 17, 1899, at Keosauqua. Surviving, besides his wife, are his mother, Mrs. Elsie Campbell Howard of Keosauqua; two sons, William Campbell of Mason City and Joe Campbell of Madison, Wis., a brother, Dr. F.D. Campbell of Des Moines, and a sister, Mrs. Mark Morris of Ames. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the local Methodist church in charge of the Rev. Myron E.
