Their two children, Gordon and Wanda Lucille were born in Oregon and California, and in 1930, they were living in San Bernadino, California with Homer's parents. Their California experience included "time" in San Quentin prison for Homer. After he was released, they returned to Tennessee where they lived the remainder of their lives. The office at Happy Valley confirmed that they are both buried at that cemetery.
