The entire Nicholson family have been suffering with the influenza, but the parents and other children are said to be recovering. Nicholson was the oldest of six children. The Cambridge City (IN) Tribune, Thursday, Dec. 5, 1918 Horace L. Nicholson, son of Nimrod and Melissa Nicholson, was born August 5, 1901, and died on pneumonia Monday, December 2, 1918, at the family home, four miles north of this city. Funeral services were conducted at the Brick church Wednesday morning.
