Read More	OBITUARY The Greenville News (SC) - Thursday, April 18, 2002, Page 5B Chester, SC - Howard William "Bo" Bonham, 79, of 127 Splawn Street, died Wednesday, April 17, 2002, at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare Center. A native of Spartanburg County, he was the husband of Kathy Geddes Bonham, and a son of the late Vance and Mary Sue Blackwell Bonham. He was a retired employee of Reeves Brothers with 58 years of service. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 48, the Chesnee Masonic Lodge No. 294, and was a Shriner for over 15 years. He was a member of Chesnee First Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Fellowship Sunday School Class. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II. Mr. Bonham was preceded in death by his first wife, Lollie Pye Bonham; and a sister, Ruth G. Bonham. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Wilma B. Shealy, of Easley; a stepson, Jason Geddes, of Spartanburg; two sisters, Betty B. Wall of Chesnee, and Mattie Sue Bonham of Mayo; two grandchildren, Pamela Earle Bowie and Brad Bonham Bowie, both of Easley; and one great-grandson, Jeb Bowie, of Easley. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2002, at Chesnee First Baptist Church, with Dr. Herbert Garrett and Dr. Troy Gregg officiating. Burial will follow at Springhill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight (Thursday 4/18) at Eggers Funeral Home in Chesnee. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 555 John B. White Boulevard, Spartanburg, SC 29306. The family is at the home.
