Unionville, NC 28110 with burial to follow at Hillcrest cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00-1:45 PM at Hillcrest Baptist Church prior to the service. Hoyle is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Travis Ann Medlin Son: David Medlin and wife Tina; Daughters: Tammy Stack and husband Robert Terry Kizer husband Hayne Debbie Pinion and husband Mike Grandsons: Aaron Pinion and wife Payton Dustin Medlin and wife Barbie Dylan Medlin and wife Kasey; Great grandsons: Deacon and Declan Medlin; Brother: Neil Medlin Sister: Shirley Carpenter and beloved in-laws, nieces, and nephews. God, family, and his church family were most important in his life. His loving wife was his one true love and they had been together 60 years. His family meant the world to him and was often something he talked about with friends. He adored his children and cherished his grandsons and great grandsons and was lovingly known as paw-paw. He loved the outdoors and was avid hunter. Many nights he spent in the woods fox hunting. Throughout the years he won multiple field trials and was recognized in Chase Magazine. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hillcrest Baptist Rest Home at 4123 Hillcrest Church Rd. Monroe, NC 28110.
