Read More	The following has been contributed by Find a Grave member, Marilyn Sanner Keim: Hugh Eugene Campbell of Hebron, NE the son of Earl and Anna (Goos) Campbell, was born March 4, 1931 in Taylor, NE. He departed this life Friday March 4, 2011 at the V.A. Hospital in Omaha, NE at the age of 80 years. Hugh grew up and attended school in Taylor, NE. After school he was inducted into the United States Marine Corp., serving from 1951 t o 1959. with an honorable discharge. He married Phyllis Mae Burkey September 11, 1955 in Broken Bow, Nebraska, this marriage was blessed with the birth of two children. Hugh was ordained through the Berean School of Study, his first church was in Aliance, NE, he also served in numerous churches including, Bridgeport, NE, Tribune, KS, Leadville, CO, York, NE, Hebron, NE and was still the minister at the Family Worship Center Assembly Of God Church in Geneva, NE. Hugh enjoyed tinkering with things around the house, always looking for something to improve or fix. He always loved spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Fred and Larry, three sisters Margaret Christensen, Merry Dye, and Sherry Landon. He is survived by his wife Phyllis, one son Earl and wife Mary and one daughter Pamela Riddle and husband Bruce, seven grandchildren; Holly Gilbert and husband Jesse, Byron Riddle and wife Jenna, Christopher Campbell and wife Elizabeth, Kiley Campbell, Curtis Campbell, Nicole Petersen and Ashley Petersen, four great-grandchildren; Ethan and Adrian Gilbert, Baylor Riddle, and Astrid Sophia Bloom, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services will be Thursday March 10, 2011 at the Family Worship Center Assembly Of God Church in Geneva, NE at 10 AM, visitation will be Wednesday March 9 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Hebron Memorial Funeral Home in Hebron, NE, casket bearers; Christopher Campbell, Curtis Campbell, Gary Watson, Jim Brueggemann, and Alex Acdvedo. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Sargent, NE at 4 pm on Thursday with military honors, memorial in care of the family.
