Description	:	Mrs. Hulda Marie Wilshusen, nee Schnakenberg, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arndt Schnakenberg, was born near Cole Camp, Missouri, August 6, 1899 and departed this life February 10, 1946 at the age of 46 years, 6 months and 4 days. She was baptized in the Christian faith on August 21, 1899 by Rev. Wacker. She received her instruction in the Christian doctrine at Trinity Lutheran Church, Cole Camp, and was confirmed March 16, 1913 by Rev. W. H Roerig. Read More	Mrs. Hulda Marie Wilshusen, nee Schnakenberg, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arndt Schnakenberg, was born near Cole Camp, Missouri, August 6, 1899 and departed this life February 10, 1946 at the age of 46 years, 6 months and 4 days. She was baptized in the Christian faith on August 21, 1899 by Rev. Wacker. She received her instruction in the Christian doctrine at Trinity Lutheran Church, Cole Camp, and was confirmed March 16, 1913 by Rev. W. H Roerig. On November 25, 1923 she was united in marriage to Mr. Emil Wilshusen by Rev. Karl Niermann an to this union six children were born. One son preceded her in death in early infancy. (This son is buried in an unmarked grave in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worms, NE, Merrick County) In 1923 they moved to St. Libory, Nebraska where they resided on a farm for three years. They then moved to a farm near Hordville. NE where she made her home until the time of her death, Sunday, February 10, 1946. She leaved to mourn her departure her husband, five children, Louise, Doris, Kenneth, Rosella and Annette, all at home; five brothers, Carl and Theodore Schnakenberg of Chelsea, Oklahoma, Herman of Van Nuys, CA, August and Ewald of Cole Camp, MO; one sister, Mrs. Lillie Ehlers also of Cole Camp, many other relatives and a host of friends. Pallbearers were John Stohs, Martin Baak, Milfred Johnson, Herman and William Meyer and John Thede. Funeral services were held at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Polk, NE by Rev. A C. Warneke. Interment was made in the Immanuel Cemetery. Hulda's husband Emil then married Alma Henning. Emil is buried by his first wife Hulda at the Immanuel Cemetery. Alma Henning Wilshusen is buried by her first husband George L. Henning at the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery near Crete, Nebraska.
