Description	:	Dubuque Telegraph Herald and Times Journal Edgewood, Ia., Dec. 26 - Funeral services were held Monday afternoon for Mrs. Ida Noble, from the Methodist Episcopal church, with the pastor, Rev. C.W. Cleveland, officiating. Burial was made in the Edgewood cemetery. Mrs. Noble, nee Harris, was the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Harris. She was born in Wisconsin Sept. 27, 1850. C.W. Cleveland, officiating. Burial was made in the Edgewood cemetery. Mrs. Noble, nee Harris, was the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Harris. She was born in Wisconsin Sept. 27, 1850. She was married on Dec. 31, 1868, to Lee S. Millett of Manchester, and to this union five children were born, four of whom are dead. Miss Alpha Millett alone survives and is a graduate nurse in a hospital at Clairton, Pa., where Mrs. Noble had been for the past two years and where she died Dec. 20. In 1892 she married E.L. Noble an from that time she lived in Edgewood. Mr. Noble died several years ago. Mrs. Noble was a member of the M.E. church, acting for a time as president of the Ladies' Aid society of that church. She was also president for one year of the Edgewood cemetery association. An active member of the Order of the Eastern Star, she had at one time or another filled nearly every chair in the chapter. When the ladies of town organized and provided a rest room for public service, Mrs. Noble was selected as its matron. The daughter and a brother I.N. Harris, who is spending the winter in California are the close relatives who mourn the death of Mrs. Noble.
