Davidson Ida Bell Bebout was born July 15, 1861, and departed this life October 1, 1931, being 70 years, 2 months and 15 days of age. Fifty-three years ago, on June 3, 1878, she was united in marriage to George W. Davidson [Davison]. To this union were born four children: Mrs. Ed Fleming of Ballintine, Mont.; Mrs. Ira Smith of Bedford, Ia.; Lawrence of Blanchard, Ia.; and Lester of Council Bluffs. Davidson Ida Bell Bebout was born July 15, 1861, and departed this life October 1, 1931, being 70 years, 2 months and 15 days of age. To this union were born four children: Mrs. Ed Fleming of Ballintine, Mont.; Mrs. Ira Smith of Bedford, Ia.; Lawrence of Blanchard, Ia.; and Lester of Council Bluffs. Her husband and all of the children, together with their families, remain to mourn her departure. There are nineteen living grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; two grandchildren have preceded their grandmother in death. She was a most kind and loving mother and a faithful wife. Funeral services were held at Shearer church, at eleven o'clock, conducted by the Rev. L. M. Kirby of New Market, and the body laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery. Kirby of New Market for Mrs. George Davison, who passed away at her home in Shenandoah Thursday, Sept. 30, at 2 p. m. Mrs. Davison was born and reared near Siam. Her maiden name being Miss Belle Bebout, and has many friends who are grieved by her death. Mrs. Davison is the mother of Mrs. Ira Smith, who with her family reside in Siam.
