Read More	Idella Blanche Wile Bridgewater Bulletin For the second time within twenty-four hours, the community of Hemford received the sad news of the passing of a beloved resident in the person of Mrs. Idella Wile, widow of Lawson A. Wile, whose passing occured at the Dawson Memorial Hospital, Bridgewater, early Monday morning, March 25th. On February 23rd., she had been stricken with a heart attack and had been moved later to the hospital. Her family had been pleased with the recovery which she seemed to be making and so the word of her passing dealt a severe blow to all. She was born in Upper Northfield February 6, 1891, the daughter of Esrom and Permilla (Ramey) Eisnor. Later the family moved to Stanburne where she spent her early girlhood. She was a school teacher before her marriage. Later on she became a very successful seamstress and also assisted at the birth of a lot of the children in this and nearby communities. Although very acive in community and church work, her home and her family were her main interests. She was a member of the Women's Missionary Society, the Women's Institute, the Red Cross, and Willow Rebekah Lodge. She was for a good many years the teacher of the adult class in Sunday School and a member of the United Church, which she attended every Sunday. She was in every true sense of the word a Christian who put her religion to every day use as her family and all who knew her can testify to. Her passing leaves a vacancy, not only in the hearts of all her family but of any one who had the privilege of calling her their friend. She leaves to mourn the loss of a wonderful loving mother, four sons and four daughters: Claude, Elis, Vernon, with whom she resided, all of Hemford, and Oscar of Toronto; Lillian, Mrs. Mervyn Wile, Toronto; Iris, Mrs. Basil Wagner, Verna, Mrs. Norman Smith and Mildred, Mrs. Melvin Silver, all of Hemford. There are also 12 grandchildren. Her husband predeceased her in June, 1935. She also leaves three sisters, Nellie of Stanburne; Grace, Mrs. Leland Burns of Barss Corner; and Irene, Mrs. Gabriel Whynotte, of Toronto; also a brother, Willard of Barss Corner.
