Ames Daily Tribune, Aug. 29, 1960, Page 2: Former Zearing Resident Died Mrs. Ina Allen, 7S, former Zearing resident, died today at the Shane Nursing Home in Cedar Rapids. Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Christian Church at Zearing, with the Rev. Dean Wolfe officiating. Burial will be in Zearing Cemetery. The body will lie in state until time for services at the Brouhard Funeral Home in Zearing. Survivors include three sons, Milo and Lyle of Marion and Dale of Denver, Colo, grandchildren, one great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Seubert of Sioux Falls, S.D. and Mrs. Orpha Ruxton of Zearing; and one brother, Walter Higgason of Iowa Falls. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cressie, and two sons, Winburn and Arlo.
