Description	:	Mrs. John A. Breithaupt Inez A. Breithaupt, 72, Carlsborg, died June 11 at her home following a short illness. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Sequim Bible Church with the Rev. Ben Hutchinson officiating. Burial will be at Sequim Valley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jim Bower, Gene Bower, Bill Breithaupt, Dick Nelson, Richard Breithaupt and Dan Breithaupt. Mrs. Breithaupt was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Loucks and was born July 12, 1895 at Brooklyn Center, Minn. The family moved to Seattle where she graduated from Broadway High School. Following school she married John Breithaupt at Richland on Jan. 15, 1914. The couple lived in Yakima until 1923 when they moved to Port Angeles. In 1927, they moved to Sequim area. Mr. Breithaupt died here in 1965. She was affiliated with the American Sunday School Union. Surviving relatives include three daughters, Mrs. Catherine Bower, of Esperanza, B.C., Mrs. Virginia Wild of Hoodsport, and Mrs. Janet Barlen of Chicago; three sons, Richard and David Breithaupt of Forks and John Breithaupt of Port Angeles. Also surviving is one sister, Mrs. Jack Tarr of Ukiah, Calif. and three brothers, Waldo Loucks of Port Angeles, Victor Loucks of Happy Camp, Calif., and Wallace Loucks of Sequim. She is survived by 24 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Dohnavur Fellowship India, in care of Mrs. John Somers at the Port Angeles Bible Book Store. Port Angeles Evening News June 18, 1968.
