She was born December 10, 1932 to her parents, the late Vernon and Belvie Mae Herman Hale. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by by her husband: Joe Robert Anderson; Son: Billy Malone; 3 Sisters: Offalon Malone, Elizabeth Scott, Maurine Scott; 3 Brothers: James Hale, Jack Hale and infant brother Kenneth Hale. She was born December 10, 1932 to her parents, the late Vernon and Belvie Mae Herman Hale. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by by her husband: Joe Robert Anderson; Son: Billy Malone; 3 Sisters: Offalon Malone, Elizabeth Scott, Maurine Scott; 3 Brothers: James Hale, Jack Hale and infant brother Kenneth Hale. Ms. Inez was retired from Hartman Luggage and Sunset Restaurant, a member of New Hope Baptist Church and attended Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 2:PM Sunday at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating and burial to follow in the Hillview Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday from 2:PM until 6:PM and Sunday 10:AM until the time of the service at 2:PM. The Funeral Home Lounge is Closed and NO Food or Drinks are allowed in the funeral home. Survivors include Son: Howard (Gail) Malone of Alexandria; Grandchildren: Christie (Joe) Smith, Tara Stacey, Travis Malone; Great-Grandchildren: Tyler (Destiny) Malone, Tatum (Billy) Carpenter, Talan Gentry; Sisters: Willette Hale of Liberty, Betty (Charles) Clayborn of Alexandria; Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. In addition to flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the charity of your choice. Pallbearers included Tyler Malone, Joe Smith, Billy Carpenter, Bobby Hale, Mike Hale, and Eddie Clayborn.
