Carter, where a further brief service was conducted on Thursday afternoon, by Rev. H.G. Wilcox. She came to Edgar, Nebraska with her parents, where she spent her girlhood days. At the age of nineteen she united with the Christian church (sic) and thru this faith she has lived a noble Christian life. On April 24, 1898, she was united in marriage to Gilbert LaBounty of Nelson, Nebraska. To this union was born one son, Willard Rhoads, now aged eighteen years. Mr. and Mrs. LaBounty moved from Edgar to Moorefield, and later moved to Arapahoe, where they have lived for the past twelve years. Deceased leaves to mourn her loss a husband and son, three sisters, Mrs. D.B. Stearns of Salina, Kansas; Mrs. Clifford Martin of Arapahoe; and Mrs. Bert Bricka of Superior; three brothers, Wilson Rhoades (sic)of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Dent A. Rhoades of Superior; and Allen J. Rhoades of Fremont. Her father, mother, one sister and one brother preceded her to the great beyond. The funeral services were held from the Christian church in Arapahoe Wednesday afternoon at four o'clock, under the auspices of the Rebekahs of Western Star Lodge, I.O.O.F., Rev. F. Grant Hamm officiating. The remains were left the church under a watch of sisters of the Rebekah lodge, and taken to Nelson, Nebraska, on No. 14, for interment. The pall bearers were member of the I.O.O.F. and Rebekahs as followers: Active, Ray Snyder, Albert Reitz, Grant Cochran, A.S. Faris, J.S.
