Description	:	Irene Hazel Graham (Caster), was born December 28, 1912 and passed away on September 19, 2005, in Tacoma, WA. Irene was a faithful member of the Puyallup Seventh-day Adventist church since her baptism on January 1, 1937. Irene was the wife of Daniel (her "Danny") who preceded her in death August 23, 2000, in Puyallup WA. She loved the church and was a member of the ladies Dorcas Society for many years. Read More	Irene Hazel Graham (Caster), was born December 28, 1912 and passed away on September 19, 2005, in Tacoma, WA. Irene was a faithful member of the Puyallup Seventh-day Adventist church since her baptism on January 1, 1937. Irene was the wife of Daniel (her "Danny") who preceded her in death August 23, 2000, in Puyallup WA. She loved the church and was a member of the ladies Dorcas Society for many years. Irene was the youngest child of the six children of William Cordian Caster and Emma Louise Waterman. They were Ivy, Gladys, Peggy, Cordy j and Ernie. They all preceded her in death. Dan and Irene were married December 16, 1936, in Tacoma by the Justice of the Peace Joseph A. Mallory. At that time Irene was employed at Fort Lewis caring for a child. While there she met Dan through Larry Biana, her brother-in-law, who was stationed at Fort Lewis. Their first home was in an apartment in Tacoma. They moved to Astoria, OR, and lived near her sister Opal and her husband Arnie Hendrickson. Then they moved to Sumner and lived in the Caster family home on Harrison Street. In 1961 they built their dream home in Puyallup on property above the Puyallup and Stuck Rivers. They lived in this home until their health caused them to need to move to Life Care Center in Puyallup. After Dan's death Irene moved to King's Manor in Tacoma and lived there until her death. She is survived by one nephew and his wife; Keith (Lucy) Torrey of Puyallup. Graveside services were held at the Sumner City Cemetery.
