Irene was born December 25, 1910 to Charles Hugh Estes and Mabel Julia (Woodworth) Cash Irene was baptized at the Albion Church of Christ in August of 1926. In 1932, she graduated from Albion High School. Following graduation, she began working for J.C. Pennys until 1969. On December 20, 1933 Irene was united in marriage to Dean Sparks at Loretto, NE. Irene was born December 25, 1910 to Charles Hugh Estes and Mabel Julia (Woodworth) Cash Irene was baptized at the Albion Church of Christ in August of 1926. In 1932, she graduated from Albion High School. Following graduation, she began working for J.C. Pennys until 1969. On December 20, 1933 Irene was united in marriage to Dean Sparks at Loretto, NE. They lived in the Albion area. He passed away on September 8, 1982. On November 9, 1983, Irene was united in marriage to Syd Williams. They lived in Norfolk, NE. Syd passed away on July 30, 1984. Irene moved to Harmony Homes in 2006 where she resided for 3 years until moving to the Wolf Home. Irene was a member of the Albion Church of Christ, many church and bible study groups, O.N.C Club, Sunshine Club and O.A. B. Club. She held many different offices in these clubs. Irene is survived by: son, DeLos Sparks and wife Sherry of Norfolk; grandchildren: Trisha (Rod) Goben of Omaha; Terry (Traci) Sparks of Lubbock, TX; Tyler (Tammy) Sparks of Des Moines, IA; and Tiffany (Miles) Baum of Omaha; seven great-grandchildren: Kellan Goben, Tehia Irene Goben, Breanne Goben, Ryan Sparks, Jacob Sparks, Sam Sparks, and Landen (Cash) Baum and a host of relatives and friends. Irene was preceded in death by: parents, three brothers and one infant sister. Interment was in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Albion, NE.
