Description	:	Irene M. Robart, 88, of Fremont, formerly of Scribner, died June 30, 2012, at Nye Pointe Health and Rehab Center in Fremont. Irene was born Oct. 3, 1923, on the family farm near Scribner to Ferdinand and Ann "Pfenning" Helgenberger. She was raised in Scribner and attended District 24 and Scribner High School. She spent her working years at the Scribner Hatchery, Shorts Restaurant and Dahl's Steakhouse, and was a lifelong resident of Scribner until moving to Fremont to be near her family. She had been a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church while living in Scribner and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church while in Fremont. On Sept. 18, 1941, Irene married Otis Robart. He preceded her in death along with her brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughters, Marjorie Petri, of El Cajon, Calif., Kathleen (Clint) Shurigar, of North Platte; sons, Jim (Vicky) Robart and Jack (Lyn) Robart, all of Fremont; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild. Services will be at 2 p.m., today, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Scribner with the Rev. Bruce Schut officiating. Burial will follow at the Scribner Cemetery. Ludvigsen's Scribner Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.. Published in North Platte Telegraph from July 3 to July 4, 2012
