Read More	IRENE MARIE HEAD CUTLER July 21, 1928 - February 4, 2016 Irene Marie Head Cutler passed quietly and peacefully from this life to the next in the early morning hours on February 4, 2016 at the home of her daughter Denise in Washington, Utah, where she had bene living for 10 years. Irene was born July 21, 1928 in Princeton, Illinois to Dwight “Jack” T. and Ollie Myrtle Birchmier Head. She had three brothers: Donald Thomas Head, Harold LaVern Head and Gerald Dean Head, all of whom have passed away. Her grandparents were Tobias George and Minnie Ella Levings Head and William Henry and Amanda Ellen Downing Birchmier. She married the love of her life Edward Cyrus Cutler on April 13, 1947 in Bloomfield, Iowa. They were blessed with five children: Jana Renee Pruitt of Mesquite, NV; Charlotte Elaine (Richard) Boyer of Cedar City, UT; Stephen Paul (Nancy) Cutler of Bloomfield, IA; Debra Denise Cutler of Washington, UT and Mark Edward (Lisa) Cutler of Bloomfield, IA. Ed and Irene lived their lives on farms in southeastern Iowa where they raised all five children. Here they taught their children the joy of hard work by taking care of farm animals and planting and harvesting the crops. Edward was killed in a farm accident on October 1, 1998 and soon afterwards Irene moved to Utah to be close to her three daughters, leaving the two boys to run the farms. Irene loved to dance and she was always fixing meals for many family occasions. Ed and Irene took some trips in their later lives together, which they both enjoyed. She is survived by all her children, her 17 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 12, 2016 at 11:00 am at Wagner Funeral Home (304 W Jefferson St, Bloomfield, IA). Viewing will be held Friday, February 12th from 10-10:45 am at Wagner Funeral Home. Interment will be in the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Bloomfield, IA alongside her sweetheart. Arrangements are being handled by Southern Utah Mortuary.
