Born on May 30, 1924 in Groveton, the daughter of Edward and Irma (Dupius) Gardiner, she was a lifelong resident of Groveton. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church. Mrs. Charron is survived by her husband of 58 years, Henry Charron of Groveton; one son, Dennis Charron of Groveton; two daughters, Denise Mahurin-Robie of Hill, and Delores Blodgett of Groveton; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Alice Robinson, of Groveton. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday at St. Francis Xavier Church with Fr. Daniel Deveau, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery.
