Description	:	WARSAW J. Kenneth Fisher, 89, formerly of Sidney, died at 2:40 a.m. Monday, March 17, 2003, at Mason Health Care. He was born on Sept. 18, 1913, in Packerton, to James Wilmer and Maude (Denney) Fisher. He married Mildred Van Gilder on June 28, 1937. She survives. He retired from Norfolk & Western Railroad after 30 years service. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ, Warsaw, the Sidney-Jackson Township Fire Department, and was a life member of the Moose Lodge No. 1518, North Manchester. Two brothers, two sisters and a great-granddaughter are deceased. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the DeLaughter-McKee Mortuary North Manchester Chapel. The Rev. Gary Paxton and Pastor J. P. Freeman will officiate. burial will be in Ulrey Cemetery, rural Silver Lake. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
