Description	:	Jack J. Bohlen, 81, of Florence, Ariz., passed away at Chandler Regional Hospital in Arizona, on May 27, 2015, with his wife and sister-in-law, Eileen, at his side. A memorial service will be held at Anchorage Baptist Temple in Anchorage, Alaska, on June 16, 2015, at 2 PM. He married Mariella Deppe on August 21, 1955. They journeyed to Alaska in April of 1967, making their home in Anchorage for 46 years. Yearning for the warm weather, they made their home in Florence, Arizona on June 30, 2013. Jack was preceded in death by two children, John and Lori Ann. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mariella Bohlen of Florence, AZ; son Eric and Mischelle Bohlen of Melbourne, Australia; grandson Erik and Brandy Bohlen of Anchorage, AK; Great Grandson, Liam Bohlen (Jack's napping buddy and pride and joy);brother, Lawrence Bohlen and family in Coolidge, Arizona; sister-in-law, Eileen Frank, Butts of Spring Hill, Tennessee; brother-in-law, Ardel and Suzanne Deppe of Lihue, Hawaii; as well as nieces, Rieda Butts of California, and Alana and Toa Mariota of Hawaii, the proud parents of Heisman trophy winner and quarter back pick of the Tennessee Titans, Marcus Mariota. Jack's wish to see Marcus and his brother, Mathew, play at a live game would not come to pass.
