Deceased was 61 years old the 2nd day of last April and leaves a wife and five children surviving: William F., Miss Virgie and Mrs. Geo. Stewart of Clarence, Edward on the old homestead, north of Hagers Grove, and Mrs. Harry MaGruder, of Glasgow, Montana. The will was made Friday, October 1, and was written by M. Dimmitt and witnessed by Mr. Dimmitt and Dr. N. M. Read. By the terms of the will, his widow, Mrs. Bettie Hirrlinger, gets the five acre home place during her lifetime. After her death the property is to be divided between the five children, W. F. and Ed, and Mrs. Foster, Mrs Magruder and Miss Virgie. By the will Mrs. Armanda Stewart received $1, which with former advancements and gifts makes up her equal share. The will directs the sale of 65 acre of land. The proceeds to be divided between the five children mentioned above except Will, to the amount of $900 each, the balance to go into the personal property, the sale or 180 acres is also directed the proceeds to be divided between the five children, Will, Ed, Mrs. Foster, Mrs Magruder and Virgie and Mrs. Bettie Hirrlinger, who also gets the household furniture after all debts are paid. Mrs. Bettie Hirrlinger and W. F. Hirrlinger are made executors of the will and gave bond to the amount of $35,000.
