Burial was in the Groton Catholic cemetery. Pall bearers were Abert Jaeschke, Connell Quam, Fred C. Zoellner, Fred O. Zoellner, Lyle Thompson and August Archambault. Mr. Treml was born at Thorp, Wis., in 1885 and grew to manhood at Menomonie, Mich. On Nov. 16, 1910, he was married to Dora Schott. They lived most of their married life on farms in Gem township with the exception of three years' residence in the state of Minnesota. The departed was a kind and devoted husband and father and a good neighbor. His quiet, unassuming nature won him a large circle of friends, who extend sympathy to the bereaved family. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Schreiber, St. Paul; a son, George, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Theresa Raymaker, Menomonie, Mich., and Mrs. Ann Nygren, Oak Park, Ill.; one brother, George Treml, Chicago, Ill.; and two grandchildren. Relatives from a distance attending the last rites were: Mr. and Mrs. Harold Schreiber and family of St. Paul; Mrs. Theresa Raymaker of Menomonie, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Wheeler, Tintah, Minn.; Ed. Scott and son, Terry of Doran, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Ted Patterson, John and Joan, of Galt, Iowa, and Mr. and Mrs. August Archambault, Ferguson, Mo.
