Description	:	Died at his home in College Twp. Sunday at 2:30 p.m., Jacob Inbody, aged 83 years. Mr. Inbody was born near Martinsburg, Va., June 22, 1814, and was the second child of a family of six sons and one daughter. While an infant his parents removed to Ohio and in 1835 moved to Indiana, where the parents died at the age of 68 and 92 years respectively. Mr. Inbody was born near Martinsburg, Va., June 22, 1814, and was the second child of a family of six sons and one daughter. While an infant his parents removed to Ohio and in 1835 moved to Indiana, where the parents died at the age of 68 and 92 years respectively. Mr. Inbody was united in marriage with Miss Susanna Chupp in Elkhart county, Indiana in 1843. Mrs. Inbody died two years ago this month. Mr. Inbody was the father of fourteen children, one by a former marriage. Seven children are onw [sic] living. Jesse and Thomas are in Washington. Jacob H. served in the late rebellion and in some of the South American wars and is now a traveler. Caroline lives in Kansas; Alice in Lucas county, while Charles resides in Ely. Another child, Mrs. Laharty, lives at the home place. She and her husband have devotedly cared for her parents through all their declining years. Mr. and Mrs. Inbody were conscientious Christian people, members of the Methodist church. Mr. Inbody entered the land where he has since resided, in 1852. The funeral occurs tomorrow at 10 o'clock.
