He leaves his wife, no children, a sister Mrs. Woody Glascock, living here. As to his relatives, we do not know now. He has lived here 36 or 40 years. No arrangements for the funeral. Mr. and Mrs. Brawner have lived in Cincinnati for over 38 years. Mr. Brawner was an industrious man with many friends and no enemies that we ever heard of. Rev. Lanning, M. E. pastor of Centerville, preached a wonderful funeral sermon, that held his hearers almost spellbound and listened with deathlike silence to his wonderfully fine and appropriate sermon. Many autos packed with friends and relatives followed the remains of their neighbor from the church to Pleasant Hill cemetery, his last resting place.
