Jacqueline Ann Breding Dohmen, daughter of Clarence and Freda H. Schroeder Breding was born December 1, 1938 at Randolph. She graduated from Randolph High School. On December 1, 1956, she was united in marriage to Duane F. Dohmen at St. Ludger Catholic Church, Creighton. Four sons were born to them, Curtis, Kelly, Craig and Scott. Jackie and Duane lived in SD and IA before making their home in Creighton. She was a very active member of St. Ludger Catholic Church, including the Altar Society and Catholic Daughters. Jackie loved horses and horseback riding. She was also interested in Extension and Bridge Clubs. Playing Bridge and a good game of Hearts were some of her favorite pastimes. Jackie enjoyed going to the Lewis and Clark Theatre with her close friends. She was an avid bowler and loved playing yard games and sports with her sons. Jackie thought there was nothing better than a good book to read at night. Jackie is survived by her sons and their wives, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane, parents, a sister, Karen, and two nieces, Dawn and Dora Taylor. ...Brockhaus Funeral Home, Creighton, NE
