OTT GRANT HAD BEEN IN FAILING HEALTH FOR MANY MONTHS. Leaves A Wife and One Grand-Child - Had Been One of First Christian Church's Most Honored and Faithful Members. Mr. Ott Grant died this morning at 10:00 o'clock at his home on the west side of the square after a long illness. He had been in failing health for the last nine months, but for the past few weeks death has been expected at any time. Mr. Grant was one of the few charter members of the First Christian church, and has been one of the elders of the church. Mrs. Grant has been identified with the business interests of this city for many years and the firm is perhaps the best known of any business house in the city. Their only child having died, Mr. Grant is survived by his wife and a grandson, Mr. Williams of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, by a niece, Miss Lena Grant of Memphis, Mo., and Mr. Will F. Grant, a nephew of Aurora, Ills., Mrs. C. G. Leedham of Aurora is also a niece. The funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at the Chrisitan church at an hour which will be announced later.
