Description	:	James Bolden Hudson, 82, of Luray, Va., died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, at Life Care Center of New Market, Va. Mr. Hudson was born Aug. 25, 1931, in Luray, Va., and was the son of the late Glenn Bolden Hudson and Virginia Hitt Hudson. He retired from Lance Inc. after 33 years of service. Hudson of Melbourne, Fla.; four grandsons, Adam Hudson of Penn Laird, Aaron Meadows of Waynesboro, Kevin Hudson of Harrisonburg, and Hunter Hudson of Stockbridge, Ga.; granddaughter, Kelly Meadows of Penn Laird; great-grandson, Noah Meadows of Waynesboro; step granddaughter, Dondria and James Holsinger of Harrisonburg; step grandson, Dave and Shelley Meadows of Mount Crawford; and step great-granddaughter, Alycia Meadows of Harrisonburg. He was preceded in death by sisters, Evelyn Emerson, Jane Aleshire and Rebecca Sedwick. The family received friends Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, from 1-2 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. Burial was in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray. Services performed under the direction of the Bradley Funeral Home Inc. in Luray. Memorials can be made to Main Street Baptist Church, where he was a member; or to the Antioch Independent Bible Church of Luray in his memory.
