Therefore be it resolved: That we bow in humble submission to God of love and wisdom, who has seen best to take from us this bright young life. II: That a copy of these resolutions be send to Brantley's father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Burroughs that a copy of these resolutions be placed up the minute book for the CLS that a copy be sent to each of the county papers, to the Christian Advocate and Baptist Courier. Therefore, be it resolved, I. That in Brantley's death our class has lost one of its best members. II That we in humble submission knowing that our Father knoweth best and maketh no mistakes. III That we extend to his father and mother, and little sisters our deepest sympathy, realizing that in his death they have lost a true and devoted son and brother.
