Wall returned to Marion County, from which he had recently moved to Georgetown County, and enlisted with the Marion Rangers. Most likely, he is buried in an unknown grave near the Chattahoochie River. Wall, Private in Co F, 10 Reg. S. C Volunteers, died 1878. Buried in Friendship Cemetery. Application by M M Poston on Jan 22, 1930. (Wiggins Cemetery was near Friendship Methodist Church until the church was abandoned about 1930.
