Description	:	A Garrett County man was fatally stricken with a heart attack last night while he was visiting his wife in Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland. James Clyde Harvey, 61 of near Bloomington, was talking with his wife and collapsed while sitting on the side of the bed. A nurse was called and he was taken to the emergency room. Hospital attaches said this morning that his death was instant. His wife, Mrs. Minnie Gladys Harvey, has been a patient in the hospital for about a week. James Clyde Harvey, 61 of near Bloomington, was talking with his wife and collapsed while sitting on the side of the bed. A nurse was called and he was taken to the emergency room. Hospital attaches said this morning that his death was instant. His wife, Mrs. Minnie Gladys Harvey, has been a patient in the hospital for about a week. Employed for the past several years by the Hazelwood Construction Company, Mr. Harvey was an Air Force veteran for three years. A son of the late Tilden R. and Annie (Tasker) Harvey, he was born in Garett County on February 13, 1898. Besides his widow, he is survived by a daughter by a previous marriage, Mrs. William Hipp, of Emorysville, W. Va.; a son, David L. Harvey, at home; four step-sons, William A Upole, Deer Park; Mark and Daniel Upole, Kitzmiller; Granville Upole, Akron, Ohio; five half-brothers, Roy and Albert Harvey, both of Mt. Lake Park; Edward Harvey, of here; Herbert Harvey, Baltimore, and Patrick Harvey, Deer Park; two half-sisters, Mrs. Harry Sullivan, residing in New York, and Rebecca Mae Harvey, Deer Park, and four grandchildren. The body will be at the Leighton Funeral Home in Oakland after noon tomorrow. Services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at Deer Park Methodist Church by the Rev. Irvin Steiding, pastor of Sand Flat Assembly of God Church.
