Description	:	Graduated from Richmond College in June 1888. Married Virginia Sarah Isbell in August 1890. He was a Baptist Minister and operated a boarding school for girls in Chesterfield, VA. His sisters Mary Jane Martin and Bettie Sue Martin both attended the boarding school. He died from tuberculosis which resulted from helping a friend with the disease.
