Description	:	James David "Jim" Boshart was the first son born to Keith and Geraldine (Becker) Boshart, on February 4, 1944, in San Diego, CA and died Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln at the age of 66 years, 1 month and 26 days after valiantly fighting several major health problems for the past seven years. Jim moved with his family to Milford in 1947 where he attended Milford Public School graduating with the Class of 1962. Jim was united in marriage to Pamela Olson on August 9, 1980 in Lincoln. Jim worked for 40 years for the State of Nebraska and retired in 2008 as a Cost Accountant for the Department of Health and Human Services. He was a member of the Nebraska Air Guard for 30 years and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant. Jim was an active member and Past Master of the Blue River Masonic Lodge #30 AF&AM and Past Patron of the Blue River Eastern Star Chapter #132 in Milford, also serving as a Past Grand Patron of Nebraska Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite Lincoln Valley, Sesostris Shrine and American Legion Post #3, all of Lincoln. Jim had a wonderful dry sense of humor and enjoyed being a comedian with his friends. He always thought of others with caring and kindness. Pam and Jim loved traveling and especially enjoyed taking several cruises. Alaska was a favorite destination. In his spare time he enjoyed league bowling in Lincoln. His activities with the Masons and Eastern Star were an important part of his life. Jim is survived by his wife of 29 years, Pam, Lincoln, brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Janet Boshart, Grand Island, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mike and Mary Lou Olson, Osmond, Jim and Marcia Olson, Afton, MN, Janet and Robin Goracke, Lincoln, Dianne Prochaska, Athol, ID, Deb and John Hightree, Concord, Teresa Olson and Beth Nava, Norfolk, Aunt, Mary Boshart, Lincoln, special friends, Ed and Jane Humphrey, Lincoln, many nieces and nephews and a host of Eastern Star and Masonic friends. He was preceded in death by parents.
