Description	:	Mr. James Donald "Duck" Inman, 67, of 114A Fleming Avenue, Pacolet Mills, S.C. entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 5, 2012, at his residence. Born July 13, 1944, in Gaffney, S.C., he was the son of the late James Roy Inman and the late Helen Hedrick Inman, and the husband of Mary Linda Whelchel Brackins Inman. He was, by trade, a mining equipment operator at Vulcan Materials in Pacolet for 47 years, and of the Baptist Faith. He is survived, in addition to his wife, by one daughter, Darlene Brackins of Gaffney, S.C.; two sons, Jimmy Inman and Ricky Brackins, both of Pacolet, S.C.; six sisters, Dellie Parker and husband of Larry, Mary Jane Atkins, Edna Ruth Ruppe, Patricia Blackwell and husband Bobby, Cathy Whisnant and husband Carl, and Peggy Wood, all of Gaffney, S.C.; one grandson, Hunter Johnson of Gaffney, S.C.; and two sisters-in-law, Ann Inman of Gaffney, S.C. and Dolline Inman of Cowpens, S.C. Mr. Inman was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Inman and Edgar "Zeb" Inman. Graveside Services for Mr. Inman will be held on Sunday, July 8, 2012, at 3:00 pm in the Goucher Baptist Church Cemetery, 415 Goucher Creek Road, Gaffney, S.C., conducted by the Rev. Dennis Tessnier. Visitation for Mr. Inman will be Saturday, July 7, 2012 from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home, 211 East Frederick Street, Gaffney, S.C. The family will be at the residence, 114A Fleming Avenue, Pacolet Mills, S.C. 29373. Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home in Gaffney, S.C. is entrusted by the family for the care of Mr. Inman.
