Description	:	James “Jim” Harold Ludvigsen, 71, of Clinton, passed away Monday, Jan. 31, 2011, in his home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at Lemke Funeral Homes, North Chapel, 2304 N. Second St. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, from 4 to 7 p.m. also at the funeral home. There will be additional visitation time one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will take place in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Jim was born September 26, 1939, in Clinton the son of Harold and Pearl (Webber) Ludvigsen. On March 28, 1959, Jim married his love of his life, Elizabeth Jacobsen, in Chancy Lutheran Church, Clinton. He was employed for several years with Central Steele. After the closing of Central Steele, he opened up a lawn care business. One of his true passions. He enjoyed fishing, maintaining his yard and most of all spending time with his family. Survivors include, his wife of 51 years, Elizabeth, of Clinton, daughter, Lori (Roger) Van Zuiden, of La Porte, Indiana; 2 sons, David (Ralene) Ludvigsen of Clinton, Danny (Kathie Roberts) Ludvigsen of Lost Nation; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Don (Darlene) Ludvigsen, of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister and 1 brother.
