Read More	James L. Templin, 29, died at his home east of Kokomo. He was a son of Timothy Templin, one of the oldest residents of the county. JAMES L. TEMPLIN MAY 29, 1871 Death of James L Templin- It is our painful duly to mention again the death of an old and good citizen James L. son of Timothy Templin. He died one week go yesterday, of a complication of diseases, at his home, four and a half miles east. The deceased was never well, having suffered from infancy an affliction in the head. He was a quiet, honest, good citizen, against whom no one could ever say a single word. At the age of ten years he joined the M. E. Church-the church of his father-and he lived a devout christian up to his death. He has surely gone home to Heaven. The deceased was nearly twenty-nine years old leaves a wife and two children. God will take care of the widow and little ones. The deceased suffered a great deal but he was always patient, never complaining. He has fought the good fight, won the prize and will suffer no more.
