Description	:	The Passing Away of .lames Wray. James M. Wray was born at Nashville, Tenn., February 29, 1861. and died at Milford, Nebr., June 23, 1916, aged 52 years, 3 months and 25 days. He moved with his parents to Seattle, Wash., when quite young, He came to Milford in November, 1889. Ho was married to Miss May L. Smith, June 22, 1890. He moved with his parents to Seattle, Wash., when quite young, He came to Milford in November, 1889. Ho was married to Miss May L. Smith, June 22, 1890. To this union was born eight children, four of whom died in infancy. Those living with the mother, Mrs. Wray, are Mrs. Lyda Porrino, Moses Wray, Ethel and Ellen and two grand children, to mourn his departure. Mr. Wray had many friends. Ho was a member of the Milford Fire department and also a member of the K. O. T. M. lodge, No. 38. He expressed a firm faith in Jesus Christ; ho loved to read his bible; he died in the saving faith in Jesus Christ. The family have the sympathy of their many friends. The funeral Was conducted by Rev. Thomas D. Davis, assisted bv Revs. F. E. Pfoutz, I. Laippiy and Garret Janssen. The funeral took place at the home on Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock, and interment was made in Blue Mound cemetery. Following arc the names of out of-town friends who came to Milford to attend the funeral: Mrs. Chas. Wilson, and Mrs. Chns. Edward, Sterling; Mrs. Kruger of Crab Orchard; W. F. Smith and wife, Fay Smith and wife, Geneva; Dean Smith, Lincoln; Frank Coyne and family of Springfield, Nebr.; Mrs.-Estes, Lincoln Heights; Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Conklin, Lincoln.
