OBITUARY-CARRINGTON, NORTH DAKOTA Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in the Carrington Federated Church for Mrs. William (Myrtle) Hanlon, 81, who died unexpectedly Thursday. Mrs. Hanlon was a member of the Federated Church and circles, a 4-H leader for 28 years, a member of the Circle Four Homemakers, ACX Homemakers, Fine Arts Club, Barlow Friday Club, the Dover Community Club, and the Horticultural Society. She had attended a Dover club meeting at the R.A. Wenstrom home Thursday afternoon, and was leaving for her home when she was stricken. She had been treated for a heart condition. Mrs. Hanlon (nee J. Myrtle Moser) was born at Pawnee City, Neb., August 30, 1883. She was married to Henry Bracelen in 1901. He died several years ago. After living in Humboldt and Lincoln, Neb., for a time, she came to Ryder, N.D., in 1908, and to Dover in 1928. She was married in August 1956, to William Hanlon, operator of the elevators at Dover, and the couple moved to their home in Carrington in 1963. Mr. Hanlon died in 1964. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Gus (Dorothy) Tronson of Spokane, Wash.; a sister, Mrs. Esta Gregg, San Diego, and three grandchildren. A son (Leo Bracelen) preceded her in death.
