Description	:	James Otis Huskey, Sr. James Otis Huskey, Sr., 58, Route 7, the Macedonia Community, died Friday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock at Cherokee County Memorial Hospital after three years of declining health. A life-long resident of this county, he was a son of the late John E. and Cora Davis Huskey. He was a watchman at Gaffney Manufacturing Company and was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 4 o'clock at Mount Olive Baptist Church by the Revs. Ray Caldwell and Guy Hutchins. Burial was in Frederick Memorial Gardens. Holt, Mrs. Dean Harris, Mrs. Randy Martin and Miss Wanda Huskey, all of Gaffney, Mrs. Charles Jolly of Fort Benning, Ga., and Mrs. Jerry Gauthier of Travelers Rest; seven sons, James, Jr., Lyman, Tommy, Donald, and Rickey Huskey, all of Gaffney, Elmer Huskey of Germany, and Terry Huskey of Parris Island; one sister, Mrs. Austin Fritsh of New York City, N. Y.; six brothers, Gary, Paul, end Saul Huskey, all of Gaffney, O'Dell and Keaton Huskey of Chesnee and Joe Huskey of Cliffside, N. C.; 21 grandchidlren; and one greatgrandchild. Active pallbearers were Joe Turner, Ralph Garner, Charles Fitzgerald, Charles McCraw, Keith Hammett, Fred Atkins, and Maurice Harmon. Shuford - Hatcher Funeral Home was in charge.
