Description	:	CONESVILLE -James Rodney Mills, 43, of Conesville, Iowa died Monday morning, Jan. 19, 1998, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. The Rev. James Rozendaal of Musserville United Methodist Church will officiate. Pallbearers will be Danny Moyers, James Beverlin, James, Jasper, Luis Barrera, John Bell and Larry Plummer. Honorary pallbearers will be Donald Mills and Richard Mills. Burial will be at Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.... Mr. Mills was born Jan. 7, 1955, in Muscatine, a son of Robert Arley and Eva LaMoine Pirtle Mills. He lived in the Muscatine area all of his life, moving near the Cedar River in 1988. He was a 1973 graduate of Muscatine High School.He was an avid fisherman, who loved the outdoors.He was loved by both friends and family. He was a member of the Methodist faith. He worked as an assembly technician at Bandag Inc., Plant Four, for 18 years. Survivors include the mother of his children, Karla Mills of Muscatine; one son, Nathaniel Mills, and one daughter, Natalia Mills, both of Muscatine; his parents, Robert and Eva Mills of Muscatine; one brother, Dennis Mills of Muscatine; and his grandfather, Arley, and his wife, Katheryn, of Muscatine.
